Cheers RitaI'm not sure why, but chickweed's one of my favourite plants. It's early flowering or the odd line of hairs it has on it stems (It's 'must be' id), I'm not sure, but I love seeing it!I've tried it as a salad, with mash is next!Best always!Tim :o)x
